anyone ever change window motors?

anyone ever change window motors? i have my door panel off and ive come to three conclusions- 1) its riveted in there 2) theres no freaking room 3) i can take an engine apart and put it back together, but i have no clue how to change a window motor 
can anyone shed some light? can i get a replacement from the dealer and have it fit without having to rivet it? or do i go to napa and get a replacement?

Re: anyone ever change window motors? There are special drill bits to remove rivets, work OK. If you put rivets back in they wont losen up like small nut & bolts would.

after I was all done.... Two new tinted windows.
