Default need tune up but not sure what to do..

yo...i am in desperate need of a tune-up...i have a 99 T/A auto thats running sluggish and idles rougher than before...70k miles and has recently had plugs and wires changed...

i wanted to get some expert advice on what i should do for a tune up so i turn to ls1tech...what kinda stuff should i do to get it in tip top shape assuming there is nothing wrong with it other than a good tune?

Yo.....start with the basics. Plugs, wires (if they are in bad shape), fuel filter, air filter (assuming it needs one) and then Seafoam it and you should notice a big difference if that's all you needed.

Spark plugs/wires(Iridium), air filter, tranny oil, diff. oil, fuel filter, brake fluid, radiator fluid, and maybe even some new O2 sensors if your SES light is coming on. Oh and if you really want a good running motor use 93 octane gas. Come on now lets not b cheap n expect your car to b in top shape!
