Any kind of wiring problem like a corroded connector, a wire rubbing, a backed out terminal. There are so many things that can cause an intermitant fault. Security systems are always a good place to start though. Another thing I have seen a few times, if your car is an automatic, the park/neutral switch in the trans, the car will think its not in park and not crank. Or if its a 6 speed, the clutch pedal switch may not be closing to allow the starter to crank. It could be a ton of things though. You just gotta keep playing with it. |
