change oil reset..now new dash light problems alright well first off i got a SES light on constantly for my cat-delete pipes. anyway as i'm driving my z the oil change light would come on but would go off in a few min. when i got home the other day i decided to try reset the oil change system not even changing oil or anything. i just held the trip meter down until the oil change light flashed.
lastnight my mom and i went out and i noticed no more SES light. what gives?

Not really a problem, but you want to get those rear O2's tuned out. You're computer looses its mind when it thinks the cats aren't working. I'm surprised you aren't complaining about the lack of power. Anyways, the easier way to reset your oil light is to turn the key to ON but don't start the car, then tap the gas 3 times quickly. Boom done for the next 3000 miles or whatever it is.
