Motor or tranny messing up or?
Hi all,
well my rebuilt tranny has about 1200miles and I just put gears in about 300 miles well I have been tunning my pcm so I have been getting on it to do the WOT logs
well I notice that it sounded kinda funny like the exhaust are kinda like glass packs just a little and if you rev it up it feels rough around the motor or it might be inside the motor it sounds funny
but in the morning or after I leave work to where the car has been sitting for awhile and I guess cools down when you start it it sounds good ?
it still has good power and runs strong
at first I thought it was my exhaust pipe hitting the frame,
then I thought it was maybe my TC bolts are loose,
what would cause it to sound good when cold but once it warms up it sounds shitty?
I haven't look under yet I had no time but I will.
motor has 22,000miles
any opinion?

A video of said noise would help.
Maybe it's a tuning issue, at startup, i BELIEVE it uses 02 sensors instead of the PCM to determine your A/F, if this is true when it switches loops to the PCM, maybe thats when it starts acting up? U might try posting this in the LT1 section as well, might get more response.
