it probably can, but the buttons will probably be just for show, unless you do alll the electronics and wiring yourself to make it work.

It will bolt right up but if you do not have steering wheel controls you will need to change the clockspring to make the radio controls functions. Make sure you have the matching airb ag because the electrical connector is different between the two years. However you can cut the wires and splice in the correct connector. Been there done that works fine.

Most of the OEM dash harness' are prewired for the steering wheel controls but just double back the connector and tape it into the harness to keep it out of the way. I'm not sure about a write up but the connector under the dash by the column is a flat four wire connector with a gray blue black and yellow wire in it. The clockspring is held down with a snap ring and you need a lock plate tool to remove the lockplate to allow the wires to be fished in and out. If it's prewired and you have the factory radio it will work instantly. If not all you have to do is 12v ign on one wire, ground, and dash lamp wire, then run a wire to the back of the radio and add in the pin in the correct spot.
