Ok so guy drove all the way from North Dakota to buy my 1994 Trans Am. While on his way back he got pulled over and the cop noticed while he was stopped that he was leaking a little of some kinda fluid. Now the low coolent light comes on sometimes, even if the coolent isnt low. He said it started to heat up while idling but once he started driving again it cooled back down to normal. Any ideas?!? Oh and I gave him the good advice to join up on the site, hope he does so he can chime in. Car is stock A4.

All new head gaskets installed last year by a trustworthy shop. Also the thermostat is new and a few other things.

sounds like fan isnt cutting on, cools off when air flows faster. check that
