Default Lower Control Arms/Bushings squeaking?

Sorry for all the threads, but the owner of that trans am i'm looking at just told me the only thing to report on the car.
Here's what he said:

"Recently there has been a slight squeek from the lower control arms. I think that's what it is anyway. They are perfectly fine though, I'am fairly certain the bushings just need to be lubed up. They have Urethane Bushings that supposidly squeek more than normal. I have only noticed it on the really hot days. I figure at the most it would be a couple hundred (worst case senario)"

You guys think they just need a lubing up?
Never really did any major suspension work when i had my 3rd gen, so I don't know about the bushings.

Thanks guys!

thanks again ae :] i only started this thread just to see if there are other possible reasons for them squeaking, more serious reasons. That way I don't get home with the car and next thing I know I have a $200 bill.
