What's a good muffler?

I just bought a '98 pontiac trans am and was wondering what is a good affordable muffler?? If you could provide links or be specific, it'd be most appreciated.

98transamnewbie...I live in Northern va...there is a local parts store that has the Hooker catback for our cars (i have a 98 camaro z28) for 266.29 this month. The store is Advance auto parts. If you want more info email me at stiflerrox101@aol.com. If you live outside of the dc metro area, perhaps i can help you out. its a great system, i wouldn't bother justchanging the mufflers, between cutting welding and the cost of mufflers, you could save another 50 bucks and just get a full catback. just my .02 on that one. Lemme know if you are interested.

Dynomax race bullet, 4" round, 3inch in 3 inch out, 12 or 18 inch long. Highest flowing muffler and costs only36 bucks. Do a search for Dynomouth. It s a race bullet welded in the intermediate pipe, ending in either a single turndown(easiest) or fabbed up to use your stock exhaust tips minus the restrictive muffler. :burn:
