LT's and X pipe
 

one of my buddies is selling used uncoated pacesetter longtubes with a matching 3in x pipe w 40 series flows for 300 is this a good buy?

Yes, if they are in decent condition without tons of rust. Mufflers are about 80 bucks each, lts are around 300, then x pipe if its not homemade is around 50 I believe, maybe more.

If you like the sound ya. Most people spend about 500$ on the TSP to get duals like you have.

When it comes to exhaust everyone likes something different. If you Dig the sound 300 bucks for a full exhaust isnt bad at all
