My stand alone harness did not have a alternator plug that puts 12v to one of the 4 pins, what is the harness# or link to where I can get one. Also any idea what pin it is. There are 4 and either of the center ones start the power but I've read only one is correct.

Go to the conversion section and search for 99-02 schematics. I posted all of the engine schematics in there last year for an f-body. Look through them and you'll find the one with the pinout you need to make the alternator work.
