All of the intake is pressurized isn't it? It goes from the turbo to the ic and from the ic to then manifold. This would be the longest path for it to take though.

So i have my valley cover routed to my catch can, and then to the intake. Then the valve cover routed straight to the TB. I have had oil in my intake from this, could i put a T fitting from my valley cover and valve cover to my catch can, and then to the TB?

I'd say a metco breather. I'll be selling mine and the small breather that I have if you want them. I've got to get a catch can. Looking at the revxtreme pieces

No not all. It goes after the air filter but before the turbo.

What catch can do you have? You don't want to join both the clean and dirty sides of the PCV system. If the catch can is designed poorly, nothing will keep oil from entering the intake.

A small amount won't hurt, but you really want this to be none. Oil in the turbo and intercooler will reduce the efficiency of the system, not good.

Since your air filter is directly connected to the turbo, you may have no option except to vent the clean air side to atmosphere. Let me think about it and post back....

Alright, thanks! I just don't want to have the crankcase pressurized, that is much worse than reduced efficiency.

It is a RevXtreme, so it wouldn't be ok to join the valley cover with the valve cover, then to the catch can, then to the intake?

No, this mixes the clean and dirty sides together. Excess crankcase gases should evacuate through the dirty side of the system. The clean side supplies the air required as the the dirty side pulls the gases out.

You should rethink the location of your air filter; right behind the radiator and in front of the motor >>>heat>>>>air intake<<<<<heat<<<<< is supplying all hot air to the intake. I know your running an intercooler, but by scavenging cool air you reduce the amount of work the system has to do.

There's really no where for it to go that wouldn't be behind the radiator short of doing a battery relocation.

Did you figure out a routing I would be able to run?

I don't have the nipple on my TPIS 90mm TB to connect the hose coming off the pass side valve cover, so i just capped the nipple on the valve cover with a breather. Car runs fine, and theres no oil in the intake. Alot of people say this is wrong, but I'm not sure i really understand the explanation, other than it's un-metered air entering.

No it would go on the intake side to airfilter of the turbo, not pressure side to motor.
