I think every car manufacturer,

on the planet, use the cylinder head to sense ECT.
Maybe they put it there for a good reason.

Not really true, there is a bleed hole to keep the water pump from trying to pressurize a closed system. Anyways, I listened to the guys here and tapped the TB bypass hose, guess what it reads jack and ****. I never thought people would get so crazy over a simple idea.

You have to ground the sensor when you run it in the middle of a rubber hose.

Who gives a **** about a weep hole on a t-stat, I'm talking about the ****** t-stat opening and closing like its supposed to do. **** you, **** your weep hole that keeps flowing dribbles of coolant when its closed, and **** any extra little holes people drill in there t-stat.

I'm not talking about the little weep hole with a floating plug in it. That adds up to basically no flow when its closed. I'm simply talking about the t-stat being CLOSED or OPEN.

Put the sensor back in the head. If you're reading hot where you just put the sensor, your heads are going to be alot hotter. The head is the place where you need to know your temp.

If you know anything about LS1's you'd clearly see that the tb hose coolant comes right out of the heads. And you can start the car up at 20 below and it will flow coolant out of this line.

No I just got in from wiring up some motion lights around the house, what a pain in the ***.

You do seem like an *******, not that big a deal I guess. Not as big an ******* as I described I'll give you that. You should try ignoring my posts if you don't agree. It seems like you're right under me in a few posts in various areas of this site just there to disagree with me.

Seriously, if you want it, it's yours. It might be a pleasurable experience to have your nose up my *** literally, instead of figuratively.
