Default Shorty to Pacesetter LT. GAIN???

Here is a short list of power mods that I have done:

1 3/4 inch primary BBK shorty headers (ported)
2 1/2 inch y pipe with dual cats
TS Rumbler exhaust
F.A.S.T. 78mm intake manifold
F.A.S.T. 78mm throttle body
BGRA True Ram Air System
De-screened MAF sensor
SLP Air lid
K&N Air Filter

What kind of horsepower and/or torque gains would I see from swapping to Pacesetter LTs and catted y pipe setup? Or, what would you guys recommend for a next mod? Car is a 6 speed manual and a weekend toy now that we got our "family car" and I got to keep the Trans Am. Thanks in advance.

i've never done/heard much on that but with minimal mods i don't think you will gain much. do you get smog checked ? if not ditch the cats and go with an ory with the lts. maybe on down the road with more mods i think the lts would be more beneficial. hopefully someone with actual experience with a swap like that can chime and help out.

i agree with the above statement. stock internals you would probably see 5-10, if you had a cam it would be more like 10-20?

I have read that to gain the most out of a cam, you should have full intake and exhaust. Well I pretty much have that, so what kind of gains would I find from an aggressive street grind (i.e 230/230, 112 LSA)? Sorry if this is the wrong forum.

Also, I don't have to smog it for now, but I am active duty Air Force. So my next residence may require it, so I would rather play it safe for now.
