how is everyone hanging their TSP true duals
Okay last night i got my tsp duals with bullet mufflers mounted up and loosely fit. My question is what is everybody using to hang it with. Are you guys going from the inside of car and using a bolt with matching nuts and washers or using the stock hanger bolts (self tapping) and just bolting it up from outside of car. The stock hanger bolts look rather short and was wondering if they would hold the full weight of the duals okay???
Also I loaded the rear end while installing, how close to the stock torque arm does the system fit??
Anybody pics are appreciated also.
Thanks in advance.

Actually, it's the seat belt bolts that most folks use. You can see the oval shaped plate underneath the car where the bolt goes through. Myself, I pulled the seat bottoms out and drilled a hole on each side. Used fender washers on both side for reinforcement, then put a bolt through.

I just installed mine a few weeks ago, but my car is just a play car.... not really worried about it being a show car.... I just got everything into place and used the mount on the muffler as a guide and drilled straight thru the floorpan and and carpet and everything, then removed the bottoms of the back seats and ran a bolt straight thru and used a locking nut on the inside of the car.....

update: got my true duals installed and everything looks good. Exhaust tucked up nice and it looks like I actually have more clearance that I did with my y-pipe setup. Sound is a world of difference compared to old setup. Tone is much lower and just sounds awesome.
I will get some pics loaded and a clip hopefully this weekend.

Cool. Glad to hear it worked out. I like mine a lot more with them extended out the back. Car actually got louder from behind since the sound is now more directed, rather than just reverbing out from under the car. World of difference inside the car.
