Default GTO oil pan...running oil temp and oil pressure senders

I'm looking to add oil temp and oil pressure senders to my ls2 with the gto pan and was trying figure the best way to do this. It looks like at the rear drivers side on the pan there are two ports possibly for an oil cooler and they're plugged. It's the area where the oil comes out of the block and down thru the pan to the two tubes that run forward to the oil filter.

Can I use one for oil temp and one for oil pressure?

I hope its this easy.

thanx.

Buy a sandwich oil filter adaptor. That will give you 4 NPT ports to play with.

But I already have what looks like two unused ports in the oil passage.
