Default Alternator Bracket

Putting the front accessories on my 408 project get to the alternator bracket there is only two bolt for a bracket that needs four holes. Bracket coming off a 99 LS1 going to a 06 6.0 block I thought everything was transferable? Going to have to drill and tap one hole in the block but there is no provision to drill a hole close to the front cover below the tension pulley on the alternator
