i thought i heard that they changed the fbody design a while ago i want to hear from anyone runnin the newer ones and any good or bad about fittment leaks any info would be great

I dont think there is a ton a of people running them i know they have been out of stock for a couple of months. Im sure someone will reply cause there are few guys who run them.

The fact that they are stainless was what sealed the deal for me. The only issue that I have with them is that a primary rests on the driver's side motor mount. If you have solid motor mounts however, this won't be a problem.

did you grind the mount or dent the tube how bout gettin them in any trouble

I have them in my Z28 they are decent headers cheap got mine for 550$ heaers and Y. My mechanic had problems installing them, mostly rubbing on motor mounts , he just dimpled the primary to avoid vibration. Hope this helps!

I did grind the mount a little bit. IMO i would rather modify the shitty stock mount that will be replaced in the future anyway than dent your new headers :cry:. Installation was a breeze, besides the notorious passenger side rear bolt.

thats works for me i'll be doin the poly mounts i'll just trim the mount brackets up before puttin them back in
