Default Stupid Oil Pan

ok well i changed the gasket about two months ago and noticed its still leaking, well come to find out that the shop that did it cracked the oil pan by tightening a bolt to much. Well it just so happens that shop went out of business, wonder why. But anyway wut should i do? i tried JB weld and nothing still leaking, and im just wondering if i should buy a used stock pan or a new pan? wut have you guys on here done in this situation?

Can the crack be ground out and rewelded then refinished?? For the price and hassle of doing all of that just get a new pan almost.
