I am trying to put a new gasket on my EGR pipe. It is the one that connects to the passenger side header, but its damn hard to get to the bolts on it off. or on for that matter. I just wanna change the gasket so i can pass smog. Thanks guys

3/8" ratchet, 6" extension, universal joint, 10mm socket, also try a ratchet wrench.
