We sell ported/powdercoated or ported and polished exterior TB's. We also chrome the throttle shaft and polish up the return spring. Don't have pics yet of the polished exterior.

$140 shipped for ported/powdercoated
$180 above with chrome shaft/spring
$255 fully polished exterior and chrome shaft/spring.

All the casting flash and numbers are removed.

You'll need a bigger intake manifold as well if you're putting a bigger TB on it.

If you aren't interested in the porting or powdercoating, and have LOTS of time, go for it yourself. The zinc plated steel cam is kinda ugly. Making that pretty will be a challenge.

Polishing a stock one is about 90% labor and the right materials to make it easier. Check out Eastwood Company's stuff:

Thats not a bad price for that kit considering that you can use it to polish many other things on your car.
