Default Easy to change O2 Sensors?

My O2 sensors seem to not last very long. So instead of paying a shop to do it i would like to switch them out myself. Is it an easy process, even with adding the extensions?

if you can unplug a sensor, and turn 2 bolts....you've pretty much got it.

i think my sensors were 21mm...

took me longer to get the car high enough to get under it, than to actually change them.

they are easy to switch out, i would be more concerned with why your car goes through O2s rapidly

I had a helluva time getting my 02's out of the stock exhaust, but they eventually broke free. Took some serious muscle! And ya....you might want to consider finding the problem instead of just replacing them...

Well since i have had my cam swap they have been going bad pretty fast like a year and a half at the most. Its been tuned a million times so i dont think its running rich but my car is low and i try to avoid driving it in the rain for that reason.

Which O2 replacements do yall recommend and extensions?

When you say they are "going out" what is the car actually doing? Is it throwing a code for them or is it just running rich or what?

Most of the time outside things causes them to go bad. If they hang down and are upside down they will fail. They should be vertical if possible and shielded from outside sources WATTER DIRT ETC. Remember the O2 sensors uses outside air to work properly. Hope this Helps Tom

I have had problems with mine since my cam install. Mine always go after racing my car. I guess they dont like that much air at 6500 RPMs and no CATS.

yeah im with some people on the tune, then again, if its been tuned idk what to say.

also, arent rear C5 O2's about the best O2 out there? i have long tubes and soon to get rid of the rear O2's (no cats) and change my front O2's. I was thinking about the corvette ones, i think they have longer wires and no need for extensions. someone correct me if im wrong, on both, if they're better, or if they have longer wires.

No codes are being thrown. But when im driving and let off the gas my car starts to buck a little. Its not as bad as it has been in the past with bad O2's and i want to fix it before it does get that bad.
