ok so a bulkhead fitting for the TB hose. what about the other 2 hoses? one on each valve cover going to a T in the back and then to the intake. i know you could do just 2 more bulkhead fittings but then there would be no baffle to keep oil from going down the hose. could you buy a PCV valve thats the "push into valve cover" style and just run the hose from that? those valve's are only like 5 bucks at autozone..

so it would be on the passanger side valve cover bulkhead fitting for the TB hose and a PCV valve with hose going to the T in back..
driverside PCV valve with hose going to the T in back..
T in the back goes to the intake mani.
keep it as stock as possable without making the nice covers look like crap.
would something like this work?

would a catch can be required? or could it be done without it?

They would help but a lot more oil will get on the bottom of them since there is no baffle like the stock valvecovers. I suggest using fixed orifice valves as having two poppet valve style might cause idle issues

only 2 holes to drill on the valve covers then right? one on each for the PCV valve.
would you even need the PCV valve's with a catch can set up? could you just put in 2 bulkhead fittings and run them to a T and then to the catch can. and on the other side of the can run it to the TB..
sorry if this is confusing.. i think im confusing myself wwith all of this. i appretiat all your help.

Hmm. so for a catch can i would take the T and instead of going to the intake it goes to the can.. then instead of the TB hose going to the valve cover it would go to the catch can??and just plug all fittings on the intake mani...

ok so i was looking at this diagram..
http://www.eliteengineeringusa.com/I...uctions_CC.pdf
and from the pics 97-01
i could do 2 bulkhead fittings to a hose with a T and then a inline pcv valve then to the catch can..and the catch can to the front of the intake mani.(i would guess block off the fitting on the back????) and a bulkhead fitting for the TB hose. that stays..
am i looking at that right?

Few things ya can do.
1. Use bulkhead fitting and run lines to catch can and back to intake
2. Use bulkhead fitting and run lines to a catch can with a breather & cap everything off
3. Drill and put rubber grommet and put pcv in it like factory.
4. Just run breathers on ya valve covers and cap off intake and TB (what i did)
If ya blowing that much oil you have problems! My 127,00 mile ls1 with breathers have no oil on them and a trick of the trade is used some black wrist bans over them. Seen a few people do that.
catch can idea's
One with breather to cap everything off
Normal catch can you run back to intake

There were two ways to fix the ones I had.
1) Grind the "washer" off of the hold down bolts. This would allow you to move the VC up to where everything was centered.
2) Bend the post where the bolts went to try and center them.
I just took them off and put factory back on..
