They do look pretty damn nice and I am tempted to buy a set. The thing is there is the same set of covers sold by multiple ebay vendors. That pretty much means they are made in China or another place and you can begin to worry about quality and fitment issues. Kind of like the headers sold on eBay that are the same and sold by 10 people on there.

I asked them about the pcv system and they said you are required to tap the valley cover. I think it might be easier to drill and mount fittings to the sides of the valve covers and keep the stock pcv lines.

Putting a set on now as part of several other little projects and I bought the style when the coil pack mounts. The built quality and finish is awesome. The ones I bought are actually annodized silver so they wont dull.

However, there is an issue with one of the heater hoses hitting the coil pack on the passenger side. It is because of how GM had the heater hoses routed and pre-bent. So, I removed the stock heater hoses and replaced them with standard heater hose from the autoparts store. Looks like it will solve the problem, I just have to decide on routing.
Secondly, once you get that fixed, the same coil comes very close to the airconditioning box coming out of the firewall, where the box screws together. To be safe, I am going to trim a little off the edge of the box that may rub the coil.
Lastly, rememver you will need longer sparkplug wires. I ran Taylor 11mm race wires before, so I just ordered a new set for a LS Truck engine and they are perfect length.

I will post pics when I am done.

Be careful. I had a set and I thought everything was great. Until we fired it up. The holes for the bolts to hold them to the head were off center on the drivers side head. This caused it to push off of the gasket rail on the bottom towards the back and that created one hell of an oil leak.
Other than that, they did look pretty pimp...

1. Stock length plug wires DO NOT WORK with these valve covers.
2. One of the hoses for the air condition will not let you put on the coil packs on passenger side.
3. Stock oil dipstick and tube has to be bent away from the head to make it work on the passenger side.
Yes you are right! They are to tall and will hit your heater hoses hard! My sheet matal covers are shorter and do not use the coil racks my coils bolt to the covers and my header hoses are even hitting the coil! These will hit even more with ebays. I had a set and traded a friend for the ones i have now
Mine are powder coated black and are not the ebay ones. I traded my ebay ones for these because they fit better on a 4th gen and my friend had a 3rd gen lsx so he didn't have to worry about the heater hoses

AS far a pcv cap it all off and run a breather or you can get some bulk head fittings and drill a hole and bolt the bulk head fittings to them and run hose to a breather/catch can and back to intake.
bulk head

here is what my friend did to his with stock covers but you wouldnt weld it you would just bolt it up.
valve covers with AN fittings welded in. lines are run to a breather tank.

why ya use red locktite! Tons of people have been doing this for years! Seen on many late model race cars that turn 9500rpms and never came loose and on a lot of street/drag cars!

ok so a bulkhead fitting for the TB hose. what about the other 2 hoses? one on each valve cover going to a T in the back and then to the intake. i know you could do just 2 more bulkhead fittings but then there would be no baffle to keep oil from going down the hose. could you buy a PCV valve thats the "push into valve cover" style and just run the hose from that? those valve's are only like 5 bucks at autozone..
