I'm upgrading my intake so I figured might as well swap out the valley cover, I know I may have to shave off some material for either.

I have researched both these covers and I am not sure if one is more beneficial then the others, any input?

Also, with both, is it better to plug off the rear outlets on both valve covers or connect them?

This is on a H/C ls1
