What's that part game

Heyy guys

I'm remounting the LQ4 I bought could you help me figure out what those parts are:

I guess #2 is an Air Pressure sensor (it was plugged at the end of the intake manifold)

No Idea about #1 and #3

From left to right: Intake air temperature sensor, then MAP sensor (at rear of intake manifold), and slave cylinder (on front of transmission input shaft).
