Red face best way to clean oil out of a MAF sensor?

had allitle overflow/blowback threw the PCV. MAF, filter, intake all coated.

whats the best way to clean the MAF and those tiny sensors?
brake cleaner spray?

I don't think I would use brake cleaner on a MAF.
All auto parts stores have cans of MAF cleaner.

Brake cleaner is o.k., but don't spray it on the MAF wires. The pressure is too high.

Spray the cleaner on a Q tip so you can clean the delicate wires gently.

Just get the CRC MAF cleaner at a local auto parts place. Its only about $7

MAF cleaner will work.... also heard Rubbing alcohol + Qtip
