Ive heard a couple say they used the stock bellow or SLP's smooth bellow by dipping it in hot warm/warming up in microwave to soften it, then stretch it over the tb openning. I am about to do the same install, would like to get confirmation on this as well.

I bought a smooth bellow of eBay and it worked. It was actually slightly too large on my stock TB, and works on my NW 92. It's still a real pain to get it over the TB openning though. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/LS1-c...item3ca72bc33a

I have the stocker on my 96mm. I just trimmed some of the tight plastic at each in and put it on. Didn't even heat it in water.

When you have the bellow off it is real easy to see. It is like a 1/8" lip that is rolled at the ends. Trim it past that to the flat part and it opens things up.
