BR7EF's...ok for a DD?

I currently have NGK BR7EF spark plugs in my car because of my nitrous setup. I have about 2k on them and have been DDing my car with them without any problems....except every once in a while on a hot day when I hit a few stop lights one after another coming to a stop it will idol down to 500rpms for a few seconds then idle back up...

In a few weeks im going to be taking my car to myrtle beach, SC (910 miles one way) and I was just wondering what your opinions would be on this? Should I put in TR55's for the drive? obviously most of it is highway but I dont want to be 900+ miles from home and ending up fouling some plugs and what not...like I said, I only have had them in my car for 2k so I dont really know how the act on very long drives. They are gapped ar .032

i would or atleast some TR6s. for dding or trying to get the best gas milage gap them at the factory .045-.055. if ure not spraying you dont need that cold of a plug. TR6s wont work with your nitrous set up? How much are you spraying?

With the 100 shot i think even the stock plugs will be fine.

It is a pretty cold plug for a DD. You will be fine with a TR6 on a 100 shot even a 150 with the right timing out.

I would ask this in the nitrous section..I'll be runnin those when I install my plate kit..Daves and harris recommended those to me, BUT I also have H/C/I..I would NOT spray on stock plugs or tr55..I would on tr6 but if I was stock..My buddy sprays his ms3 car(cam only) with TR6's

TR6's are NOT a n20 plug. They are a projected tip...You run a non projected on a nitrous application.

ok this is obviously the wrong section to post this with people saying you can spray on stock plugs, tr6's and tr55's.

You'll be fine driving on those plugs.

Wow.....LOTS of misinformation in this thread.:nono:

Your current plugs are not too cold and are fine to drive on every single day.
