Coil / Fuel rail issues?

New to all this lsx stuff, but I'm mocking up my top end and found my new fuel rail on my LS6 intake hits the number 5 coil. I dont know what the coils came from.... Do I have to relocate this one or get new coils?

They're upside down mate.

The plugs go to the bottom

EDIT

Looking closer, they don't look like stock coils

Huh??? The plug in for the spark plug is at the bottom of the coil. If i turned the coils around the plug in for the wire would be pointing up.

I meant to say the wire harness plugs

Ok

You have LS1 Truck coils

Most people just bend the fuel rail inlet pipe a little. A common problem when switching to the truck coils.
