loudmouth exhaust

so i just bought a loudmouth II cat back now i was wondering is it a direct fit to the stock y-pipe, and how do i get the stock exhaust off without cutting it?

Just did mine,
get the car in the air, remove right shock and disconnect swaybar. I removed the panhard top and bottom. Let the rear drop down, the right will drop down more because you still have the left shock connected. Then curse a few new words you just discovered as you maneuver the exhaust out.
I then had to replenish with a gallon of water I just sweated out, it's no joke in Mobile AL in the summer.

Does it fit directly up to the stock y-pipe or do I have to get a new y-pipe also

I believe it bolts right up, not 100% though. I'm waiting on parts to do my motor mounts so I didn't install my headers and y yet.

be fore warned, it will sound like hammered dog shit if you ever go to a cat less set up.

go to autozone and rent their exhaust pipe cutter. You should be able to cut the exhaust near the rear end so you don't have to remove so many suspension components.

shit, just take a sawzall to it and have some clamps ready. cut short of where you want it to fit so you dont hack off anything. just helped put on a borla cat back this week, took us no more than 30 mins to cut and line it up.
