Kooks has done it again! Utilizing the finest air craft quality 304 grade stainless steel, Kooks has released their 3” True Dual Exhaust System for the 1998-2002 Chevy Camaro and Pontiac Firebirds. The system is completely 3” and breathes through an X-Pipe, Kooks Racing Polished Mufflers and Four- 4 Inch Polished Slash Cut Tips. This new Dual System is capable of handling over 1200 horsepower and when paired with Kooks Long-Tube Headers it is sure to be the best bolt-on you do, on your 4th generation F-Body! The dual exhaust comes either with high flow race cats or with off-road front pipes. The system is designed to clamp on the end of Kooks Long-tube headers. A BMR Driveshaft Safety Loop Part#DSL001 and a BMR Panhard Rod Relocation Kit Part# PHR004 are required when installing this system.

ok ill be the odd man out here. its not loud enough imo. it looks great and all but just doesnt sound GREAT. maybe just good. i know ill get flamed cause i have lm1, but its just my opinion.

So figure for a catted full exhaust it will be $2500 shipped, yikes, I would consider it if it was $1500. Doesn't two 3" pipes seem a little overkill though? One should be enough to support 600hp if they say the dual can support 1200hp.

In the video they are also using the relocation kid. That will run you another 200 dollars. I already have it. But I don't plan on getting this setup. Way too much money for pipes.

That looks and sounds amazing....glad I held off on getting a Magnaflow....definitely worth saving up for IMO.
I would like to hear about the ground clearance however....also....for a stock cubed motor without an aftermarket cam is 3" true duals a bit too much?
