Will a 2005 ls6 corvette harness work with a 2006 gto ls2 engine?

Will a 2005 ls6 corvette harness work with a 2006 gto ls2 engine? So i found this 2005 ls6 corvette harness and ecu 12200411 for sale loccally. I was unaware that they made ls6s in 2005 .. i thought the corvette plate form switched to ls2s.. well my real question is will that ls6 harness work with my 2006 gto ls2 engine.. are the knock sensorsand cam sensors in the same positions thanks.... any help would be great...
