Default Stalls and bucks like there's no fuel

When I bought my car, it had an amateur tune on it, ran really rich. Friday, I got it tuned properly and we cleaned the rusty ground. On a road test at WOT, they experienced what I describe below. The a/f ratio went REALLY lean according to their computer. The said "might be your fuel pump, see if it happens again".

Saturday it happened again majorly - I was going up a high grade hill then the car bucked, then bucked again (like it was out of gas) and I pulled over at the top of the hill. It started idling terribly, the rpms kept dropping from 750 to below 400, then back up. After a few minutes the car revved up to 1500 by itself, held there, then went back to normal.

I got the car where I needed to be, but 4 hours later I tried to take it home and it did the same thing twice in 1 block - the 2nd time I got code p0101 and p1153. What could be causing this?

The MAF is a new 85mm Delphi unit installed 3 weeks ago - The one I took out was descreened and kept giving me lean codes. Throttle body is ported/polished.

Your tuner said maybe the fuel pump? Is it making any noises? It really sounds like your MAF, especially with it throwing a p0101 code

P1153 HO2S Insufficient Switching -

could be a lazy or dead 02.. Have your tuner look at them and see how they look.
