Default 4th Gen TSP 1 7/8 LT Install Questions

Just out of curiosity has anyone been able to install the driver side header on a 4th gen without removing the motor mount bracket? I tried for a few hours with no joy but once the mount was out they went in easy. Passenger side was so easy I thought something was wrong. I have read a few people saying they got them in easy.

I had to remove the oil filter and just unbolt the mount and lift the engine slightly, somewhat of a Pita. All worth it in the end
