ABS Inop and Brake light on after alternator install?

ABS Inop and Brake light on after alternator install? Hello everyone. I did as much searching as I could on this with no solution. I change my alternator on my 98 Trans Am (no mods) had car on ramps with emergency brake on. Changed the factory alternator for a truck one (found out about it on here). Once down car started and everything was fine but the ABS Inop and brake light (e brake light) stayed on. Tried unhooking the battery for a few hours still nothing. Doesn't seem to have any affect on driving the car that I can tell however I have not had a chance to take out and stomp the brakes or anything. What could this be from? Is there a wire that is down on the driver side that I could have messed with or soemthing in error? Thanks for your imput.
