Ah. I used mine on my stock mass air, but I had to use the coupler on it. I've been really pleased with it.

GM tech did a dyno and track times lid vs lid. They all made with in 1 to 1.5 hp of each other. The tq was also with in 1 to 2lbs of tq. The tsp lid had the fastes mph.the wisper and the slp lid were very close to each other with the slp making 1 more hp,but the wisper made 2ft tq more. Mph was close. The fast toys lid was not in the lid vs lid. In this the tsp was king of the lids.

Ive had quite a few lids! they all were the same! I dont see the big deal if your still stuckwith a 78mm tb/maf....unless you have a 80 or bigger any lid will work fine if its bigger id say fast toys

I have a FTP 98mm air lid and I love it. I heard stories about them not fitting with an SS hood but it fit mine. I know the hood is hitting it a little bit but not enough to make me want to take it off or find another solution. Some people say the standard size stuff will flow enough air but I feel like if youre gonna buy a 90mm intake and 90mm tb then go ahead and get the rest of the stuff to go with it. Then you KNOW youre flowing enough. Just my .02.
