LPP TD's and Headers, or TSP TD's and headers? Question...

So I want to put a set of headers and duals on my car. I was originally looking at the tsp headers and their x pipe kit but I'm afraid of them rusting out over time. I found the lpp headers and x pipe kit on their web site and it says they are 321 stainless steel. I tried searching on here but really couldn't find anything about either of them (lpp td, headers). Is there a reason for this? What do you guys suggest?

They are both good designs. Because of you being in Washington I'd say go with stainless LPP duals

Anyone else who have an opinion or had either of these systems?

installed the dual and headers last month. headers are good but have some problems with the duals. they ship really shitty clamps and hangers. the clamps all arrived dented and wouldn't hold the pipes together correctly so the resonators would fall off while driving. had to get it welded. also the pipes are all slip fit no notches or anything in them. the sound is great at wot but in the 1500 to 2000 range the resonator has a really annoying vibration threshold it has to cross before it's not shaky and drony.

oh and I'm speaking about lpp

not much info around but some good pics of the Lpp system above.
You could always coat the tsp if you want that, its a proven setup.
Or try out the lpp and not have to worry cuz its shiny stainless.
Good luck with the swap, let us know what you choose.

FYi- Either way, just make sure you have some good stainless band clamps to keep any exhaust leaks out as it looks much nicer than any u-clamp would ever and they wont rust out or crimp your piping.

Oh hey that's me lol. I actually got rid of that system even though it sounded awesome. I had to raise my car a lot in order to actually run the system on strano springs :(

Anyone else with some ideas?

You could always have the setup fabbed up and order some stainless piping/mufflers

True and that is what I'd like to do but I don't know where to order stainless piping, and a stainless x pipe piece from. That and if I do my own I'd like to do 2.5 inch. Thats what I had on my lt1 car and it worked out great and ground clearance was no issue at all. But my lt1 car was all aluminized steel. I thought aluminized steel was corrosion resistant but I guess not. there is a guy up here that has tsp duals on his 02 SS and they look like they are about to fall off his car, but, it sounds amazing.
