Default 98 headers with egr/air tube HELP

I have a 98 t/a.. And I bought some used jba shorties from a 02 from thus site.. The headers don't have the egr/air tubes. Can you mod the headers to create one? Anyways if nothing else who makes a carb legal shorty with the egr/air tubes?

Sounds like you needed to do a little more research before you bought them. It is possible, you would need to drill into the headers, get the fittings that the tubes bolt up to, line them up properly and then weld. It would probably be less trouble to just return the ones you have and get a set with EGR provisions.

Or you can pull the EGR and AIR systems out of your car, and have the codes deleted from your PCM.

I removed my air and egr stuff as well. It just sets of the SES code, but didn't seem to affect anything else.
