I have the revised TSP ORY and had some issues with the fit. It does go on the car, but its very difficult to line eveyrthing up. I actually use a pair of floor jacks and a scissor jack to hold everything in place while I tighten up the clamps. I think the angles are just ever so slightly off to where it will go on but it doesn't slip right on like I feel it should.

Ewww & crappy weld and smushed pipe. I would be

On another note, I'm incredibly happy this poll exists now. The only thing I wish it did was differentiate between the new-and-old style TSP y's.

Mine fit fine. I got the Pacesetters and the revised ORY i disconnected the hangers at the rear and slid the I pipe rearward and built my ORY, Only had to cut about an inch off the I pipe to make it all happy. Although i do hate the rasp with the LM1, Any suggestions on toning that down short of cats?

When did the revised TSP y-pipes come out? I bought my TSP y-pipe when they came out with their headers.

I have no complaints about the y-pipe either, besides the fact that the outlet of the y-pipe is 2.5". Seriously, these aren't Honda Civics, make it a decent size. I am actually thinking of chopping the tiny pipe off and welding in a 3" section to clamp to the cat-back.

On another note, the Borla XR-1 supposedly kills rasp pretty well.

The shop that installed mine said they had installed a few before and he didnt recommend it, came in many pieces, and it hangs really low and scrapes on the drivers side.

I am having a custom y done with flowmaster merge, going to be $300 but well worth it, and won't scrape anymore either.

I'm glad I made this poll, I think it clears up that the people who couldn't get this damn y-pipe on correctly, couldn't get it on because it's a bad design. Not that we didn't know what the hell we where doing, as some of the guys who had no problems would insist. 13 people had problems and 12 didn't. There's no way 13 of us just didn't know what the hell we are doing. I'm ditching this y-pipe next month.

I'm running Hooker longtubes with a TSP ORY. I will say that the install was pretty frustrating. It took a lot adjusting and one tube had to be cut a couple inches to get everything just right. The merge was also modified on the outlet to accept a 3" pipe. It does hang a little low but I have no body rubbing issues or banging anywhere. Compared to other Y pipes in the price range the TSP ORY is worth it. You are getting a better merge and a full three inch pipe on the driver side instead of a smashed oval pipe. If I were to do it again I would.

I ran it with hooker headers and was very disappointed with the fitment. Not bashing Texas speed by any means cause I have spent a bunch of money with them and they are great but I would not recommend this product to anyone based on my experience.

installed my TSP ory last week on pacesetter headers, I had to cut the section of pipe that goes to the drivers side header, had to cut like 3 inches off of it to get the y outlet where it needed to be. otherwise it was pointed out towards the passenger side of the car. I think theres just too many pieces to get it perfect, and i got some banging on my trans crossmember from the cheap clamps, gotta change it over to band clamps or just weld it to get some clearance. other than that its a nice merge.

Pacesetter headers and TSP y pipe, went on easy as can be but...the last 2-3" of the Y pipe goes down to 2.5 inch for some reason. had to get that piece cut off so the 3" muffler could be welded on.

I just redid my whole tsp pipe cause I took it off to do my tc install. Once again, it was a breeze for me. I must have got a good one lol. Im still using the same band clamps that came with it. I used tin foil on the joints so the clamps could clamp down tight on it. No leaks, its perfect.
