4th gen and edlebrock pro flo intake/wiper arms?????
since the cowl has to be cut for this intake, can the driver side wiper still be functional\

Not by it's self. The motor runs an arm that turns the passenger wiper that also runs another arm that goes and turns the drivers wiper. I tried to fab up something to run just a drivers wiper and I haven't had any luck yet. Atleast with the factory motor. The issue is the factory motor spins 360 degrees which is a problem since you don't want the driver wiper arm spinning 360 degrees.
If you can fab up a way to mount an aftermarket wiper motor, say from a boat, then you could make something work since it will have either 60 or 120 degrees of rotation.
