Default Passanger side back spark plug?

How in the world do you change the right rear plug. It is deep under everything. Do you have to pull the front tire off or what? I would be thankful for any help!

i never understood why people bitch about plugs so much. all you have to do is pull off the coil packs on the pass side and you should be able to change them and have the car running in under ten min, headers or no headers it doesn't make a difference.

I agree, just unbolt the coil pack rail, carefully slide it up on top of the intake, and you've got room. As far as getting to it, its pretty tight so put the plug socket on first, then the extension, then the ratchet. Hope this helps

You must have small hands. I had to have my sister in law get the 1/4in ratchet w/ 3/8ths adapter and plug socket on the plug for me and then actuate the ratchet with my index finger to get it moving. With the coils off I could with some finagling get a 3/8ths w/socket on and get it out. It most certainly took me longer than 10 minutes and I was laying on the motor while I did it.

i just got done putting plugs in my ****, took about 15 minutes total... and i have a 98

all i do is take off the #8 and #6 coil packs and go at it.. on the #8 plug i use a 3/8 ratchet, 19mm socket (on the back of a spark plug socket)...

then the rest i use a 3" ext. with a spark plug socket
