Default Which to do first cam/exhaust or 12 bolt

So I'm trying to decide what to do first my. Car is a 98 t/a with a ls2 a4 mods in sig. I thought it had kooks headers lol but it has Obx with a crappy y and flow master so I was thinking about swapping the cam and arh headers plus whatever cat back and a tune. Or I could put in a 12 bolt cause right now the car has 2.73 gears which suck and a stock rear behind a ls2 so I think that choice would be smarter just wanted some opionions.

agreed. If u do the 12-bolt now, it'll be the last thing to worry about on down the road. Motor mod now and blow the rear and ur up **** creek

12 bolt. But I'd think about a MWC 9 inch.

12 bolt, because you wont see much improvement with new headers and you'll have the rear out of the way and ready to throw some horsepower at it

Definatly cam/exhaust. A 10 bolt should last a while being an auto.

one more vote for the 12 bolt.
Peace of mind will get you a lot farther then a busted rear end

since you are an auto i say keep the 10 bolt .... i beat on mine cutting 1.5 60' times and never broke it. I know people in the 1.4's on the stock rear. Leaving off the footbrake is a different world than dumping the clutch
