let TSP know what cam you have if you pick the 5.3 heads.get some trunnion bearings upgrade.

I would look at the 2.5 LS6 over the stage 1's because the springs that come with the 1.0 heads won't work with that cam. So that's another $250 right off for .650" lift springs which the 2.5's LS6 heads come with. Just depends if you wanna spend an extra $300 for another 10 rwhp the 2.5's will give you over the 5.3's.

I have 2 cars sitting here. One with each set of heads you're asking about but neither has that particular cam. The car with the 5.3 heads makes 15 more HP than the ls6 heads. If you haven't bought anything, I would save some extra bucks and get some Trick Flows. But if you're set on one of the 2 options get the 5.3's
