I have Jet-hot longtubes and had Eibach sportlines. I din't have any problems with the headers hanging to low, but the y-pipe hung lower than I liked. If your running the pro kit you should be alright.

I have the Sportlines & Pacesetter LT's... No clearance issues yet.. Not even with the Y-pipe...

I have Kooks LTs with their catted-y, and I run a fully adjustable Ground Control Coil-Over kit that I used to lower my car about an inch. I haven't scraped crap, and could lower it more if I wanted, but for now, it is working just fine for me. I only lost about a half inch of clearance with the Kooks...their y-pipe has a flat spot for extra clearance on the driver's side. Whatever they did, it works well, and doesn't bang either.
