Default stock MAF limit

Okay from what I keep reading the stock LS1 MAF is good for around 500 rwhp, but i've seen some say 550 or even 600. So here is my question: With my HCI build plus a 100 shot what are my chances of maxing the stock unit out? All i'm going to do with the nitrous is pull 4-5 degrees timing, and verify a/f...no custom or recalibrated tuning or anything. I'm just keeping my current tune. I will be taking the car back to the same dyno that I got a baseline on when I bought the car. On this dyno I got 405 rwhp. So what do you guys think here?

You should be fine with your stock MAF, just shoot your n2o through the MAF. You might want to look into a timing twister that retards the crank signal when you hit the juice....that way when your not on it you can keep full timing.

Thanks for the reply! I bought a LNC-2000...it's supposed to do the same thing as the Timing Twister from what I understand

Ok, I'm not too familiar with them, I just know what one of my friends has told me about his....but he is running a 98ta with a big cam 346 and broke high 9's last weekend if that helps lol
