2005 cts v ls6 fast intake lsx rt clearance
Good evening everyone, found a lsxrt intake for my cts v. I know your supposed to run the lsxr but this rt is a good bargain. It is cathedral port so i know it will bolt up, the question is will it fit? Im wondering if anyone has ran one before with clearance issues? I have a cowl hood on the car to be exact it is an extreme composites hood. But i dont want to take the plunge and then it doesn't clear the hood even though it is raised. I was reading it is 3-4" higher then the lsxr. Anyone have any helpful input. Thanks, Mike. |
