turbo recomendations for stock lq4?

turbo recomendations for stock lq4? I have seen a lot of folks picking different cams for there lq4s but I was wondering what turbo you guys would suggest for my setup, its a 70 chevelle with an 06 lq4 all stock,th400,3kstall,3.73s. id like to not change the cam I figure I can still get a lot of power without one, maybe a t76? or gt45? a set of 60lb injectors and a good tune? id like to not get into changing rod bolts and the like unless absolutely required.
