Default Does orientation matter with poly motor mounts?

I just bought a used set of poly motor mounts already installed in the clamshell. Not sure if orientation matters, it all looks symmetrical.

Yes it does matter, You want the metal tabs of the mount facing up to the heads.

I have the clam shell like yours but the mount itself has two tabs, not just one like yours. I tried uploading a photo but either photobucket or my computer is being retarded.

Those ones might not have a top or bottom to the them. They do look the same top to bottom. You'll know if they are upside down, the bolt wont line up with the pedestal.
