What kind of cats are they using?
I have QTP badged headers and the aluminum Y pipe is / looks like a pile of crap. I'm likely having Mufflex make me a SS Y and I might as well swap out the Catco cats I'm currently using.

Does anyone know the diameter of the kooks cat?
I like the Magnaflow Universal 99659HM, but I'm afraid the 5" diameter is too wide to fit just off the headers
There is also the 59959 which is a 4" diameter
What is the difference between pre-OBD2 (59959) and OBD2 (99659)...does it matter for us?

Another clip for anyone interested. Huge fan of the new merge. Sounds fantastic with the Kooks 1 3/4 headers and Magnaflow catback. All of the jackhammer light acceleration noise from the previous "T" merge is gone and replaced with a clean burble. It's a little harsher than with a dual 3 inch to 4 inch Flowmaster merge I've also ran but this had much better fitment and I can use the Spohn straight crossmember and this exhaust with near factory-like ground clearance.

I went from their old design with cats to the new ORY. I will have it on the Dyno this Saturday to see if there was any change, but I'd imagine most will be from the cats. I'm expecting 5-7 hp, but I don't imagine more than 2-3 of that (if any) will be from the new merge. I will say that I don't notice any rasp going from the old catted Y to the new ORY, which I was pleasantly surprised by!
